Payment and Shipping

Payment

Payment is processed via PayPal, which also handles credit/debit card payments as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Delivery of digital products

This shop sells digital products only. They are not shipped physically — no shipping costs apply. After your payment has been received, the product is made available to you immediately as a download link and via your customer account.

Provision issues

If a download link does not work or a file is incomplete, please contact sebastian@weissexplorers.com and I will resolve it.
